What is the payment method?

We only accept payments through Payment Gateway and in Ringgit Malaysia only. Kindly note that we do not offer cash as payment options.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you’ve successfully placed your order, you will receive an email containing the details of your order.

You will also be able to track your order status via log into your account.

Can I cancel my purchase once it's been placed?

Depend on instructor, case to case basis. We will try our best to accommodate your request if condition allowed.

Do you accept exchange if I change my mind?

Can user send inquiry before any subscribe or purchase?

User must log in to EMORI and click “Chat with Instructor” to message an instructor directly. Simply choose the specific instructor you want to chat with from the “TO” list. If the instructor is not currently online, they will reply when they next log in. Please note that there are no pop-up notifications or instant email alerts—responses will appear in the same chat page when you check back later.
