Terms of Use

The website located at www.emorimindbody.com.my (“the Site”) is owned and operated by Emori Life Concepts (“EMORI”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Certain features of the Site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms or rules, which will be posted accordingly. All such additional terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

By accessing the Site or placing an order with us, you (“Customer”, “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.


1. DEFINITIONS

“Account” refers to the EMORI customer account registered on the Site.
“Customer” refers to an individual who places an order, subscribes to EMORI services, or participates in EMORI’s campaigns or programs.
“Order” refers to a purchase submitted through the Site.
“Products” include aromatherapy items, sleep-support products, wellness tools, ritual kits, and other EMORI goods.
“Digital Services” include online courses, assessments, guided audios, rituals and digital content.

Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to “including” mean “including without limitation”.


2. PRICE & PAYMENT

2.1 All prices displayed on the Site are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Delivery fees or service charges (if any) will be shown in the final checkout amount.

2.2 You may purchase any Products or Digital Services by following the checkout instructions on the Site.

2.3 Payments may be made through any payment methods listed on the Site. Store credits, vouchers or promotions may be applied where allowed.

2.4 Once payment is completed, orders cannot be amended. Please ensure your delivery details and order items are correct before checkout.

2.5 We are not responsible for orders placed through any channel other than the official EMORI website.

2.6 Promotional, clearance or limited-edition items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.


3. ORDER ISSUES & PRODUCT COMPLAINTS

3.1 Missing / Wrong Item
If an item is missing or your order was incorrectly packed, contact Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

3.2 Product Quality Concerns (e.g., leakage, faulty pump, etc.)
Report within 30 days of receiving your order. All claims are subject to verification.

3.3 Damaged Upon Arrival
Report within 7 days with photo evidence of the external packaging and product condition.

Claims submitted after the stated period may not be accepted.


4. REFUND POLICY

4.1 Refunds (where applicable) will only be processed after:

  • Returned items are received by us, and
  • A quality inspection has been completed.

Refunds will follow these methods:

4.2 Returned items must be unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging. Items that fail the inspection may not be eligible for refund.

4.3 Digital Services (courses, assessments, audio, rituals) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.


5. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

5.1 Orders take 3–5 working days to process unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates. EMORI is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5.3 Deliveries are handled by external courier partners. Self-collection is not available.

5.4 If delivery fails due to insufficient address information or unavailability after two attempts, parcels may be returned to us. A redelivery fee may apply.

5.5 Out-of-stock items may be refunded in the form of store credit. For cash refunds, contact Customer Support.


6. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout and may vary based on location, promotions, or seasonal changes. EMORI may update fees without prior notice.


7. PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL OFFERS

7.1 New customers and existing customers may receive different promotional offers depending on campaign rules.

7.2 Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

7.3 Minimum purchase promotions apply to a single receipt only.

7.4 Birthday rewards, if applicable, require accurate account information. Once submitted, birthday data cannot be modified.

7.5 EMORI reserves final discretion over all promotions, campaign eligibility, and interpretation of terms.


8. STORE CREDITS

8.1 Store credits are valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise.

8.2 Expired store credit will be automatically forfeited with no reinstatement.

8.3 Store credits are non-transferable, non-resellable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


9. DIGITAL SERVICES & ONLINE COURSES

9.1 Purchase of digital content grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

9.2 Downloading, copying, sharing, redistributing or reselling EMORI digital content is strictly prohibited.

9.3 EMORI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.


10. CONTESTS, CAMPAIGNS & GIVEAWAYS

10.1 Contest rules will be provided on the respective campaign page or social media posting.

10.2 Winners must provide accurate information for prize redemption. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.

10.3 Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

10.4 EMORI reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equal value without prior notice.


11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site—including text, images, designs, product descriptions, branding and digital materials—is the property of EMORI and protected by copyright laws. Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.


12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • EMORI is not responsible for product misuse, sensitivities, allergic reactions, or unintended effects.
  • EMORI is not liable for delays, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after updates will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
